The Community Justice Center on 400 S Central Ave. in Los Angeles, CA reimagines the justice system to focus on the community and its well-being. The design development was an integrated process where the properties of materials, structures, environmental systems, building envelope systems, construction technology, building cost control, and life-cycle costs were all explored.
