MODULAR HOUSING

INSTRUCTOR: KISHANI DE SILVA - ARCH 402 - SPRING 2022

Proposal for a net positive, 426 square foot 3D-printed micro-unit that intends to become a prototype for modular housing that can help aid the housing shortage. The design targets primarily a housing insecure student at Woodbury University but the plan is reconfigurable and can change for specific users. Its modularity allows for the combination of units as well as the addition of rooms for future growth.
